Thank you for shopping with SMITT'S. We are committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times are:

- Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
- Other Cities and Towns: 5–10 business days
- Remote Areas: 7–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, and unforeseen logistical issues.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or orders above a specified value.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS containing tracking information.

Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to become visible after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address, phone number, or recipient name is provided, SMITT'S will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges incurred by the courier.

 

Delivery Attempts

Courier partners typically make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, incorrect address details or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment requests.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of the expected delivery date.

We will work with our shipping partners to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timelines, SMITT'S cannot guarantee delivery dates and shall not be held liable for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, natural disasters, strikes, government actions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
